What To Expect

At First Baptist, we’ll make sure the first face you see when you come through the door has a smile on it. Then, our members will guide you and answer any questions you have. Whether you need childcare or are looking for a place for your teens, a member or staff person will help you get where you need to go.

You’ll enjoy upbeat music and practical messages that help you deal with real life issues. What you learn on the weekend, you’ll be able to use during the week. We want to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God can give us.

Please wear what is comfortable! We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear.

We do receive an offering, but this is for those who are part of the First Baptist family. During the worship service we will ask our guests to fill out a visitor card and place it in the offering plate when it is passed. This card is found in the visitor packet you recieve, or in the pew in front of you. However, we ask that you list only what information you feel comfortable sharing.

First Baptist is a simple church. We believe and preach the Word of God and gather to learn and worship together each week. We’re not perfect, but we are a family committed to growing in the Lord and serving one another. Whether you’re new to church or a long-time believer, we’d love to have you come and worship with us!
